SaaSMarketingLab is operated by Figuralist OÜ, registered in Tallinn, Estonia. In this policy "we", "us" and "our" refer to Figuralist OÜ trading as SaaSMarketingLab.

When you buy The Predictable User Flow Plan™, we collect the details you enter at checkout: your name, email address and the information required to deliver the product and your community access.

We also collect limited, anonymised usage information through analytics and the Meta pixel (see "Cookies and the Meta pixel" below) to understand how the page is used and to improve it.

We do not collect or store your payment card details. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe (see "Payment processing").

We use the information we collect to:

• deliver the product and your community access after purchase;
• respond to your support and refund requests;
• send transactional messages about your order;
• measure and improve the page and the product;
• meet our legal and accounting obligations.

This page uses the Meta pixel and necessary cookies. We use them to measure how people find and use the page, and to show it to more of the right people. You can find more detail in our imprint.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Some cookies are necessary for the page to function; disabling them may affect parts of the experience.

Payments are handled by Stripe. When you check out, your payment information is processed directly by Stripe under its own terms and security standards. We do not see or store your full card number. We receive only a confirmation of the transaction and the details needed to deliver your order.

We share your information only with the service providers we need to operate the product: our payment provider (Stripe), our community platform, and the tools that host and deliver the page. Each provider processes data on our behalf and under its own terms.

We never sell your personal information.

We keep your order and support information for as long as needed to deliver the product, handle refunds, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Analytics data is kept for the period set by each analytics tool.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal information we hold about you, and to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@saasmarketinglab.com and we will respond within the time required by law.

The product is intended for business owners and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe we have done so by mistake, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version shown here is always the current one. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
