By purchasing The Predictable User Flow Plan™, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not buy the product.

The Predictable User Flow Plan™ is an educational product for business owners. It includes written guides, templates, worksheets, a 21-day action plan, and access to a private community of bootstrapped founders.

It teaches a method for acquiring users through existing online communities. It is not a service we perform for you, and it does not guarantee any specific number of users, revenue, or business outcome.

Your results depend on your product, your market, the time you put in, and how you execute. We provide the method, the templates, and the community. We cannot guarantee that you will reach any particular number of paying users or any amount of revenue.

Any figures or examples shown on the sales page are illustrations of the method, not promises of what you will earn.

The price of the product is shown on the sales page at the time of purchase. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Once payment is confirmed, you receive instant access to the product and the community.

The product is backed by a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you decide the product is not for you, email support@saasmarketinglab.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund the €17 in full. You keep every file.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. We do not argue with you over the refund.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the materials, in whole or in part, with anyone who has not purchased the product.

All content in the product — the guides, templates, worksheets, the 21-day plan, the tracker, and the method itself — is owned by Figuralist OÜ and protected by intellectual property law. You receive a licence to use it, not ownership of it.

Your purchase includes access to the private SaaSMarketingLab community. Access does not expire. We may set community guidelines, and we may remove or restrict access for anyone who breaks them, harasses other members, or misuses the space.

You agree not to misuse the product or the community: no scraping or redistributing the materials, no sharing access with non-buyers, no harassment of other members, and no illegal or harmful activity. We may revoke access without refund for serious or repeated breaches.

The product is provided as an educational tool. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Figuralist OÜ is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the product or any actions you take based on it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here is always the current one. Changes take effect from the date they are posted.
